Lucile Gely
PhD student
Lucile Gely holds a Master’s degree in Law (2013, Clermont-Ferrand, France) and a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (2021, Paris, France). She began her PhD in 2024 at the Institute of NeuroScience, where she investigates motor cortex plasticity and the impacts of respiratory and myofunctional training. Lucile uses transcranial magnetic stimulation and EMG, especially of the tongue, as a measurement tool to assess neurophysiological adaptations related to motor learning and rehabilitation. Her project, is conducted in co-supervision with William Poncin from IREC/LUNS.
